Kindly use new TNB bill account number (12 digits) for any bill payments/JomPAY to TNB. Please delete your current “Schedule TNB transaction and TNB Payee” and thereafter re-create your “Schedule TNB transaction and TNB Payee” using your new TNB bill account number to avoid any payment interruption.
